Needed: Roofer in Polstead, CO6
Job submitted:Jan 9, 2012
Job description:Part of the felt has been ripped off during high winds on cart-lodge (outbuilding) roof. It has a slight slope to the roof pitching at the front, with an angled front panel running the width of the building. It is on this front panel that the felt has come off. Wooden panels underneath seem in reasonable shape except right at the back of the building where there has been some leaks. The whole roof may need re-felting or maybe the front section can be replaced and repairs to the rear leaks. It is quite wide (3 'bays') with reasonable access but no power supply. This is not a critical building (used for storage), so we are looking for a reasonably low cost option.
Budget:Under £1,000
