Job description:The house has an area approx Approx 12ftx30ft of flat roof. The roof isn't leaking just it's been down for 14 years and we wanted to replace it with an EPDM or similar covering and upgrade the insulation (there was some put down when we had it replaced last time). The roof has two sides already with UPVC facias on them. The other two sides are connected to the main roof. The garage is a detached double garage with a corrugated covering. This has quite a lot of leaks, mostly around the fixings. Looking to replace this either with similar, EPDM or something else long lasting. No need for insulation in this one. The last piece is to renew the mortar on two ridges on a single story extension which have spalled with the frost and snow. Again, there's no leak, just trying to stop one before it happens.
