Job description:The house is about 12 years old. The roof is tiled with overlapping small tiles. A few tiles are broken. I have some spare tiles which may be suitable which the previous owner left. I am considering what to do about the gutter and downpipes. The gutters are plastic and leak. The downpipes are faded. I must either repair or replace.
