Wall above window leaking, inad. Felting or tiling in Upper Stoke

Job description:The wall above my window is leaking, i had a look and dont think the felt is lipped over the wood behind the guttering, also need a tile replacing over this area, although i dont think its the broken tile that is causing water to leak through the wall. Tied roof, ladders needed although only kitchen roof.
