Job description:The roof in question is the original roof which came with the house 75 years ago. It is currently open in that the rafters are ventilated from outside. I want the roof sealing and this will require some tiles to be changed to vent tiles to prevent the rafters from rotting. I want the roof sealed so I can put insulation on the inside of the roof itself and still have the loft space.
