Flaunching removed in Whoberley

Job description:We have a leak in the back bedroom and it appears to be from a problem with the flaunching on the back chimney stack. Looks like we'll need the chimney pots & existing flaunching removed and rest the chimney pots in some new flaunching. We need the work completed before the insurance company will complete the interiors (they wont cover external damage). It would certainly need ladders to get to it & possibly scaffolding. The roof is around 3 years old and is tiled.
