Slates to replace, gutter to secure properly in Earcroft

Job description:Been told the roof has 'tonne slates' on it and a few need replacing because they've slipped. The underfelt has also gone which means the roof is leaking into the loft however replacing the underfelt is too costly at the moment. Also the gutter at the back of the house has slipped so water leaks down the back outside wall of the house. Need slates replacing to stop the leaking roof and need the gutter fixing properly the the back outside wall.
