Job description:Re รข?? roof Back extension Supply and erect safety access scaffold, to comply with all Health and Safety Regulations Remove existing roof coverings and store for re-use Dispose of all existing battens and perished slate Replacement of perished beams or treatment there of Supply and fix new timber battens over breather felt Re-fix existing slate, replacing any perished with the slate from the Out house roof, adjoining the extension Supply and fix new concrete ridge tiles, bedded in sand/cement mortar Replace existing valley with new GRP type Supply and fix new Code 4 lead to stack on roof Clear away and leave site clean and tidy on completion
