Job description:Complete new roof covering (artificial slate / ceramic) currently slate. Replacement of front perling and front rafters. Replacement of all facias and sofits in hard wood. Typical victorian mid terrace with extension to rear and small adjoining out-house. A velux window is also to be fitted to the rear. Scaffolding will be required. The chimney stacks will also require pointing at the same time.
