New guttering but water pouring over down wall.Also damp patch on side wall in Oakwood

Job description:I have had guttering and fascias replaced.The guttering over the porch does not collect the water it pours down over brickwork.also I would like my leading tidying it looks messy after a previous extension.I also have a damp patch on the side of my house under area where new fascia is.They have been back but damp is still there.
