Job description:I am in the process of buying a property, the address of which is below. I have just had the a homebuyer survey report completed and the surveyor has raised concerns with two flat roofs on the property. One being a single storey extension and the second being an external garage flat roof. Both are made of felt, and the surveyor has stated that there is evidence of ponding and blistering on the extension (please see attached photo) and the same on the garage. The property was built in approx 1960, and the extension being built in 1980. I therefore, require a Roofer to go out to the property and quote for the cost of either repairing or replacing the felt roofs. The Estate Agent and Vendor of the property are happy to organise access to the property.
