Job description:I own the top floor tenemant flat and the roof has bee repaired a few times over the last few years. I can see there are a lot of slipped slates and I was told that the nails are sick so the roof may need replaced. I'd like to arrange a roofer to asses the state of the roof and give me a quote for its repair as I'm dealing with the council to obtain a grant towards the work. cheers
