Flat roof is leaking again after recent rain; probably needs more than just patching up in Grantshouse

Job description:Our flat roof (rough guess 2m x 10m) is probably in need of replacing. It was patched up last autumn but started leaking again in the recent rain (the problem appears to be where it joins the pitched roof). I am also interested in insulation options for flat roofs as I have heard that there are some products now available, but this will depend on cost.
