Job description:The house is a 3 storey terraced property. The water ingress is above the bedroom window and corner on the parting wall. The flashing has been replaced twice without success. I have been told by people in my road that have experianced the same problem that a number of tiles just above the fascia need to be removed and the felt in that area replaced.
