Job description:Roofer Needed - Slow leak in tenament flat roof. Not obvious where the source of the leak is. More info: Water is appearing in my top floor flat at the kitchen extractor fan. The vent goes straight up through the attic and through the flat roof. The leak drips into my flat. Dripping can continue for a couple of days after the rain stops so it sounds like the water is taking a slow path through. (There is additional work required which might follow this repair. i.e. slipped slates, vegetation in gutter, broken ridge tile.)
