Flat roof with lead, leaking when wind blowing certain direction . in Elgin City South

Job description:We have a one storey extention built 6 years ago with a tiled roof. One section that is under the upstaire bedroom widow is flat. this was covered in lead. We have had a leak 3 times now over the past 6 years depending on the direction of the wind and cant discover as to where the water is getting in. Think it may be from the widow sill and tracking back down the original wall and the new extention??. need to discover the point of leak and options on fixing.
