Job description:Work required on roof and drainage. The roofs are concrete interlocking tiles with a secret gutter in each tile. Generally they are in good condition but there is an extensive presence of lichen, which can block up the secret gutters to the roof tiles. We're looking to get the lichen cleaned off. There is a flat roof to the garage extension on the front elevation, which is showing signs to creep and splitting around the perimeter. We're looking to get this roof replaced. There is a full bora rainwater outlet from the flat roof, which discharges to the rainwater gulley in front of the garage. The waste pipe to the Utility Room has been tapped into this rainwater system. The full bora outlet is split and needs replacing.
