Job description:We have a single story flat roof extension and have noticed some discolouration to the ceiling which is not damp. The faceure wood was damp. My husband pushed back the stones and sealed the surrounding area with bitchaman tar. I would like someone to assess what repairs would need to be done to ensure there is no risk of further leaks and perhaps a quote for re-artexing the ceiling. Thank you
