Possible Pidgeons in loft extention in Deckham

Job description:I hear scratching noises early some mornings from the ceiling of my bedroom. I've checked the loft and couldn't see a problem, however part of my roof goes out beyond the roof and the noise appears to be coming from there. It's 3 floors up and way out of the scope of any ladder I have to investigate and really need someone who knows how to remove tiles and check underneath.
