Job description:Provide and erect scaffold to front, rear and side of house. Carefully remove original slates and ridge tiles for reuse. Lay underlay and battens. Reline front gutter with lead ( or alternative material). Supply new flashing kits for three existing Velux windows. Supply new code 3 lead soakers and code 5 flashings to abutments with watertabling, stone drop gable and chimney stack. Re-fix original slates and ridge tiles making up any shortfall.
