Job description:100 year old slate roof on terrace house in Pelaw. Nails rusted, slates slipping. Told needs new roof. Estimate approx 100 sq metre roof area (includes back stairs). Scaffolding needed. Will be on site next week 13th/14th with builder for closer inspection of general condition. More details available after that. Pics available now if required. Meanwhile ballpark figure for work would be helpful. Thanks.
