Leaking flat roof in Saltwell

Job description:I have a problem with water getting in to the bathroom and kitchen beneath a flat roof that I paid to have newly fitted just over a year ago. Although it should still be within it's guarantee the original roofer is uncontactable. I've contacted my insurance company to see if it's possible to claim on the insurance and they've asked for a detailed description of the problem and quotes from 2 separate companies.
