Job description:New built (2004) Bett 'Perth' timber framed house, have extending fibreglass / lead look bay canopy over rear kitchen area, internal finish is flat plasterboard and is leaking - regular drip in high wind rain. Water is seeping in somewhere, maybe through gap in 'lead leaf flashings instered to brick work'. Access to canopy requires big ladders and extending step ladders not long enough to reach over canopy area.
