Roof repairs in East Centre

Job description:The flat has top floor position in a 4 floor tenement building. The building has a slated roof (pitched and clad with slates on timber sarking) of substantial age and there are signs of both current and previous water penetration. Further staining is apparent at the chimney breast area of the living room and at the front left of the front facing bedroom - this may be coming from a skew flashing at the gable side of the roof. There are a number of chipped, broken and misplaced slates and the metal ridge piece is uneven in part and a number of clips are rusted. Also, the cement render finish at both the gable chimney and the mutual chimney is weathered and broken in part. Would probably need scaffolding/ladders as it is a top floor flat - not sure about dimensions though.
