Stop water ingress into flat at multiple places in Govan

Job description:Water ingress at 3 separate places when rain is particularly bad. This only occurs next to the outside walls, so I assume the problem is with the guttering. It is a top floor flat in an old tenement building. Just looking for a diagnosis and a quote at this stage.
