Replace worn tin roof on garage with transparent conservatory roofing in Lennoxtown

Job description:The garage (single-skin brick, c.1920s) has an old tin roof on a wooden frame for most of its length, and a corrugated plastic roof on the rear 1/4. Wooden frame looks decent under tin roof (need qualified opinion on this) but flimsy under plastic roof. We want the wooden structure made good and the roofing replaced with double-skin clear plastic roofing as used on conservatories, to give light inside and remove condensation problems which are seen currently. Wooden gable tops may also need replaced. Additional jobs available: inspect state of garage brickwork and advise if safe; inspect and repair damaged render on garage wall; also re-fix leading on house dormer (strip has come detached at one end).
