Job description:The cast iron drainpipe appears to be leaking from one if the joints at height level so possibly no need for ladders. It is unclear however whether it has been caused by a blockage or a leak in the pipe. The pipe lies in a joint between 2 properties. The water is soaking through the walls and has caused damage to the interior of the 2 properties, however, we believe that the interior damage may be covered by insurance policies.
