Job description:I am needing estimates done for some guttering work on my tenement. I have had a small damp patch appear in one of my rooms and it appears to be as a result of poor quality guttering. The parapet guttering is either in need of repair or the other option is for the lead gutter to be renewed. The roof is slate and can be accessed through hatch in the stairwell of the property without a key - only entrance to close is needed and will require a ladder to reach the hatch.
