Job description:In our two first floor rooms we have some yellow staining on the party wall in the area were the fireplaces were previously. We require a roofer to come out and inspect the flashings at the party wall abutment on the roof, and the pointing of the chimneys etc, and advise on what they believe the problem to be, on doing so we would require a quotation for us to consider. The house is a sandstone property, was re-roofed by the previous occupiers, and is now a tiled roof. Access can be achieved onto the roof without the need for ladders, i.e. via the dormer window in the attic room.
