Job description:The roof is approx 75 years old and is mostly original. Some slates have been replaced with asbestos slates. There are some loose and damages slates. There is nothing under slates. Work required. Roof repair and renewal. Removal of slates and ridge tiles. Felt and batten. Replace with new slates at rear. Use original slates to renew front. Flashing on chimney and ridges. Roof is (Welsh slate). L shaped. Scaffolding will be required. Easy access.
