Job description:5ft (approx) of plastic guttering needs re-fixing and the barge board that has come away with it need replacing (rainwater pipe seems ok) to a two-storey 1850's brick built semi-detached house. Two or three bricks need replacing and some local pointing just below the guttering is required (though this could be another job at a later stage).
