Job description:This will be to roof a timber framed house and so scaffolding will be on site with other trades also working. We are looking to use a forticrete simulated slate or similar in a majority 18x12. The Job requires valley boarding and leadwork for 3 dormers and 4 main valleys, tyrok felting and battening of the roof and the laying of around 4500 simulated slates, in varying sizes from 18x12 (quant 3800), 13 x12 (quant 438) and 18 x 18 (quant 362), together with ridging. We have already sourced the slates, woodwork, felt and lead and require a labour plus ancilliary materials only price. We have planning drawings to assist with the quote if you would like to e-mail me or send your acddress, I will send copies to you.
