Required: 1) remove and dispose of existing felt 2) Replace split roof beam (3.1m long by 7.4 cm high) 3) Check rest of wooden roof structure for rot/soundness and repair as necessary and agreed. 4) Refelt roof with underlay and top sheet. 5) whatever else needed to ensure roof is soundly weather proofed as a result Roof dimensions: 3.1m x 5.6m
