Job description:Medium sized double fronted property, with 2 ridges and flat tile roof. Need a rough cost breakdown including estimated time to complete. House has an installed extractor fan currently venting to roof space; would like this altering to vent to outside. No current roof space ventilation hence installation of soffit vents and either roof vents or preferably ridge vents to get adequate airflow through the roof space.
