Job description:We have a significant leak in the valley between the roof at the front of the house and the roof at the back. It is high up -two floors of 15 foot ceilings- and awkward to get at. Water is coming in through the attic -beams soaking- and going down inside corner of hall. We had it patched last year but the stain has come through again and the plaster is blown in that corner in two rooms now. We have two smaller leaks -one in the flat lead roof of the entrance hall and one in the sloping ceiling of the top room (second floor). Both these leaks are easy to view and access.
