Job description:I live in a top floor flat of a Victorian conversion. The loft has a "london roof", so rather than having a downpipe down the front of the building, the rainwater is channelled along a gutter through the loft and out down the back of the building. During the recent heavy rain and snow, the gutter has started to leak. The leak has occurred near the front of the house, where the gutter first comes in through the loft. The water is seeping out through the bottom of the guttering and onto the floor of the loft. From what I can tell, it seems the guttering needs re-lining.
