Job description:Our 4-storey flat has a guttering/drainage problem at the frontof the property. Water is cascading down from the top gutter and settling on the 1st floor balcony. From there the water is cascading down and causing damage to the front steps and the two properties below. We are hoping that guttering on the 1st floor balcony will resolve the problem without the need for scaffolding.
