Job description:I have a 3 storey house with a one storey rear extension. There is wet coming in down the back wall of the house. Another builder said the flat roof looked fine but to move the drainpipe which is currently draining onto the flat roof so that it drains into the gutter. Not a big job but I have other work for someone who knows their stuff including a mansard loft extension later in the year.
