Job description:Roof is leaking, damaging the ceiling underneath but it is not an emergency. The roof is zinc and covered by decking. Size is approx 3 by 5 metres. I would like the decking removed and the roof repaired and covered with some protective layer (GRP? Felt?). On top of this I would like some paving installed, since this is a roof terrace.
