patch up about 20 slates either side seal flaunching around chimeystack seal gaps in ridge mortar in Monkton

Job description:100 year old terraced house about 8 broken 5 missing slates the rest slipped about 20 on each side total 40. the flaunching around the chimney has a 5mm gap due to expandtion and contraction which will need sealing with mastic/ silicon. The ridge tiles are ok. but the last roofer must have run out of mortar and left a small gap at the very top of 1 or 2 of the tiles this cold be filled with mastic / slicon.
