Small leak in clay tile roof. in Redbourn

Job description:I've got water staining through to the plaster and wood, not dripping, but seeping through, at bottom of roof pitch where roof meets wall (when it rains). Effectively in the loft, except loft is open - barn conversion. Tiles are original clay. Must be a gap somewhere letting water through. Full access to roof from back of house above patio. Looking for quote / opinion on how to fix. Thanks
