Job description:My utility room is about 6'x12'. It had ivy on the side and in the ivy a bush type plant has grown in the wood on the side of the roof, I assume the roots have gone into the roof space. I physically cannot pull it out and now water is leaking in the inside of the room. I don't want anything fancy done just a reasonable repair. Sorry I cannot increase the budget, I just don't have the money
