Job description:Re-secure slates on single pitch roof to rear addition at its junction with the house. Some leadwork to include new step flashing (approx 3 metres), and re-bedding of existing lead at juncture with neighbouring house. I have a few spare slates but you may require some others. Clear small amount of plant growth from neighbouring roof and gutter, install end section to gutter and realign. Access via ladders or tower. Also install 4 caps to chimney pots on main roof - normal ladder access.
