Job description:Roof ventilation work: needing ventilation tiles fitting on the front and back of the roof of a 3 bedroomed terraced house. Chimney repair: the top of the roof near to the chimney has cracks running along side it, this is potentially letting in water. The crack is approximately 50cm in length and is near to the chimney. Photos showing the crack can be provided.
