Job description:Re: 19 Purwell Lane - Outhouse works Quote 1 1. Remove corrugated roof 2. Arrange removal of roof materials check if asbestos or concrete 3. Replace roof with felt or plastic type 4. Strengthen roof joists where required 5. Take roof over sit out area 6. Separate cost to insert 1no roof light (centre pivot approx 600mm wide) Quote 2 As above plus 1. Remove existing outhouse ceiling and wall cladding 2. Remove wall between washing machine and fridge 3. Make good 4. Insert insulation between roof and ceiling 5. Plaster board ceiling and skim both ceiling and walls. Not wall adjacent to the house 6. Allow for 10 no spot lights and associated electrical works Do not allow for floor, units, worktop or decorating
