Job description:We have moved into a detached 1930's home and there are some small leaks in the roof. We can only access the loft to part of the roof, but there are a few cracked and some missing tiles. We would like someone to assess if these can simply be repaired or if more work is required *ie replacing the roof tiles completely.) We are unsure how much (if any) insulation is in the roof.
