Job description:Approx 20 SM strip slates of east facing slope of 2 storey mid-terraced house roof and replace with felt and battens and new manufactured slate roof coverings. Include for removal of the old materials and scaffolding. Allow for lead flashings and soakers to 2 chimneys. Allow for fibreglass tray at join with the neighbours' roofs - approx 5M long each side. Allow for 5M ridge tiling. I require a budget quote simply to give me an idea of the possible cost of the job on a house that I am thinking of buying in Waterloo, Huddersfield. Thank you. Your quote will be further considered if I buy the property.
