Replace Chimney Lead Flashing in Newsome

Job description:2 story circa 1900 stone terrace, slate roof. Chimney breast removed up to height of roof space. Recently notice water / damp plaster around area of chimney breast below boxed-in RSJ. I would like a quote to replace the lead flashing round chimney as this seems most likely cause of problem.
