Job description:1.Take down the front eaves gutter. Renew the fascia board and refix the eaves gutter in correct allingment and at a proper fall so as convey rainwater to a suitable outlet. Test and live in proper working order. Renew the stop end to the rear addition eaves gutter.Leave the gutter watertight and so as to discharge to a suitable outlet. 2.Overhaul the defective felt roofing to the rear addition roof. Cut out, strip off and expose as appropriate the defective area and renew any defective timbers or decking. Relay or reform three bonded layers of felt covering to the correct fall. Include any new upstands, welts, drips. Leave the whole roof in sound and weathertight condition.
