Small leak on South Facing Roof in Sproatley

Job description:I live in an old school which has a vent in the south facing roof. I had some work repairing slates ect in May. I was told that the roof was sound and it would be impossible for any leaks around the vent because of its design. Because we have not had a massive amount of rain there has been little signs of water getting in except when the has been a very big down pour The area is approximately 3 feet square and near the apex of the roof
